Washington D.C. Trip Update: Fall 2020

After lengthy consideration, school administration and the Brookville Board of Education have determined that it is not practical for either the Class of 2024 or 2025 to safely travel to Washington D.C. this school year.  We are deeply saddened at the cancellation of this experience for Brookville students and look forward to a time when school-sponsored trips of this nature can safely resume. 

Refund information for the Class of 2024:

 

Classic Student Tours is set to begin issuing refunds to freshman families soon.  Refunds will be issued in the same manner that the trip was paid for.  Families that paid by check, will receive refunds in the form of a check.  Families that paid by credit card will receive refunds to the credit card used for payment.  If your credit card account information has changed since the spring (i.e. the card expired or the account is now closed), please contact Classic Student Tours at (937) 439-0032 to update the account information. The cancellation fee is $25.00, all other monies paid will be refunded.
